Color & Flame is a expressive candle company that hopes to achieve the highest quality in terms of fragrance, sustainability and uniqueness. 

All our candles are made with soy and soy/apricot waxes and we use only cotton core wicks as well as fragrances that are phthalate free, paraben free, cruelty free, vegan and non-carcinogenic. That's very important to us - no need to enjoy something that will only eventually make you sick!

Why do we only use soy wax? In one word - healthier. Most candles that you might find at big-box stores are very cheap, but that's because they normally use paraffin wax, a big no-no for us. Why? Paraffin is made from petroleum - you know, the same stuff that is used to make oil and gas. Something you probably don't want to breath in. Soy wax is made from soybeans, an all natural product that doesn't fill your lungs with harmful, cancer causing agents.

We also customize our fragrances to exacting standards, creating unique scents you can't find anywhere else. We take a lot of pride in creating the best scent possible with our candle collections. We have reformulated our scents more than a few times to get the absolute best fragrance throw and performance.

Color & Flame (the ampersand is important!) is a small, minority owned, woman-led business from the heart of Salem County, NJ that makes all it's products in small, handmade batches for consistent quality and unmatched performance. We test everything we sell very thoroughly ourselves. And if it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for you, because you only deserve the best.
